Zooppy online fantasy platform for movies live on Apple IOS devices across India

Please introduce yourself and your startup Zooppy to our readers!

I am Yuva Pushpakar, CEO of Zooppy. I am a person with a passionate interest in Cinema as well as gaming. And I also belong to the movie fraternity ,and have worked in a Tamil movie as well as a couple of advertisements.

Zooppy, India’s first Indian online fantasy platform for movies has been launched which is live on Apple IOS devices across India. This provides an opportunity for audiences to use their knowledge and skills in movies and win real cash over multiple formats. Zooppy to engage with millions of passive moviegoers in an active platform where they could use their talent to play games and win prizes.

How did you get the idea of Zooppy?

The journey of Zooppy begins with five techie enthusiast’s passion to build up a tech related venture in combination with cinema. I believed passion creates excitement and that led to this exciting and fresh idea, Zooppy. The creative minds behind Zooppy are Athul P Raj ,Deepak P Uthaman, Renjith K R, Mefin Davis and Meljo Johnson for a new era of technology-based gaming platform. 

Why did you decide to start?

As Zooppy is the first one to venture on this combination of movie fantasy gaming platform, I believe in India’s ability to compete with the world’s premier gaming apps. Also it’s a dream come true for these young minds so I decided to support them. 

What is the vision ?

To provide an ultimate engagement platform for movie lovers through technology, creativity and innovation. A platform that brings together the elements of fantasy gaming and movies to provide a unique experience packed with fun and excitement.

How difficult was the start and which challenges you had to overcome?

The fountain of a company is a team, making a professional team and syncing them was a challenge. But we had overcome that with an excellent team in place and we are growing.

Who is your target audience?

The majority of the Zooppy target audience is the age group between 18 to 35 years who are movie buffs as well as interested in gaming.

What is the USP of your startup?

Zooppy is India’s first Fantasy gaming platform for movie lovers to engage with millions of passive moviegoers on an active platform.

Can you describe your typical workday?

My primary responsibilities include making major marketing decisions, managing the overall operations and resources of a company, and being the public face of the company. 

Where do you see yourself and your startup in five years?

Expand Zooppy worldwide and be the key player in fantasy gaming platforms which would be a billion dollar company.Zooppy, being a sponsor of The International Film Festival of India (IFFI) which is one of the most significant film festivals in Asia.

What 3 tips would you give to founders?

Stay on top with confidence of the latest innovations your product has to offer.

This is an ecosystem where investors require start ups, it’s a mutual beneficial determination.
