I am Omar Mukhar (CEO) of vadion having 15+ years of R&D experience in different software domains.
Vadion is a software development services company with expertise in Web & Cloud Services, Mobile & IoT Apps and Embedded Software. It has helped 4 startups and SME’s to realise their ideas into products and grow their business across the globe.
How did you get the idea to Vadion?
After having several years of experience in other companies i wanted to have my own startup with my own ideas so that was the major reason to start my own startup.
How difficult was the start and what challenges you had to overcome?
Start was not that straight forward as we thought, we had to combat all different kind of challenges from acquiring knowledge of latest technologies, training human resource, defining processes, adopting agile practices and finding innovative solutions.
Who is your target audience?
Our target audience are startups who want to realize their ideas with limited pool of funding and SME’s who want to scale their business to next level with technological innovation.
What is the USP of your startup?
Full stack design & development capabilities with cost effectiveness.
Can you describe a typical workday of you?
• High level business discussion and proposals.
• Defining and tracking processes.
• Brainstorming about team capabilities development.
Where do you see yourself and your startup Vadion in five years?
Providing innovative solutions to enterprises and corporate to larger scale. In latest technological domains such as Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence, health care, big data.
What 3 tips would you give other Start-up founders on the way?
• Form a capable, diverse core team with high degree of harmony.
• Try to identify niche market to provide solutions for and do basic number crunching for growth
• Always keep plan ‘B’ prepared.
