As an aggregator platform for furnished apartments, Nestpick aims to make the process of finding a home more convenient

The company will operate as an aggregator platform for thousands of listings from various partners, thus smoothening the process of finding furnished apartments in Europe’s main cities – including Berlin, Barcelona and London.

Users find on Nestpick the best overview about furnished apartments and don’t need to browse various websites anymore. Formerly, Nestpick has been operating as a direct booking platform for furnished apartments with a smaller amount of places listed.

“Nestpick’s goal has always been to facilitate the process of finding a furnished apartment”, says Ömer Kücükdere, Managing Director of Nestpick since August 2016. “We took some time to analyze our business model carefully and to adjust it accordingly to demand. The real estate market is one of the most promising fields with an increasing demand for furnished apartments, for instance by expats and international students. This is a huge opportunity.”

While Nestpick provides the technical platform and redirects quality leads to the partners’ website, the operational side of the booking process is handled by the partners’ websites, including the deposit services. Users will be able to browse thousands of listings from various trusted partners on Nestpick, choose the perfect apartment and book directly on the partner’s website. Similar to other aggregating platforms, Nestpick does not charge tenants for finding their apartment on the website. Partners pay per generated quality lead.

Nestpick currently shows listings of more than 40,000 places in 17 cities across Europe. “We aim to become the leading platform for furnished apartments, providing a transparent overview and offering smooth booking experience through our partners websites”, says Kücükdere.
