Never give up, no matter if you face any difficulties

Limitless Hosting: Web hosting

Please introduce yourself and your startup Limitless Hosting to our readers!
Hello, I am Muhammad Hamza from Karachi, Pakistan. I started my first start up in 2016, actually I have been too much into gaming and used to make gaming community websites. Though it was a waste of time, but gained me good experience such as running game servers, using a virtual private server to set the game server, using a web hosting for websites. I thought it would be a perfect time to start my own startup. I purchased my first software for billing, and then bought some virtual private servers to run game servers on. I gained 4-5 customers in 1 month which I was very happy about. I wanted to make my startup perfect, I did not even want a single bad review, so I am excelled my skills in customer support. The startup, that is Limitless Hosting is now already one year old, and has hundred clients all over the world.

How did you get the idea to Limitless Hosting?
At the time I was playing game, I thought that I should be doing something useful rather than just playing games all day. I knew that I had gained some skills and that would help me open up my company. I looked at many other companies and thought that would I be able to start up something like this? I had some virtual private servers and so I decided to sell the game servers on it. I thought that it would not really affect my own game server if I host other people’s server on the same machine, that’s how it came to my mind. Though Limitless Hosting now doesn’t sell game servers anymore, but sells Web Hosting, Reseller Hosting, VPS & Domains.

Limitless Hosting web hostingHow difficult was the start and what challenges you had to overcome?
I faced a lot of problems in starting, the following are:
Competitors – It is true that the competition is in every industry, and so I faced it too. In starting I had no experience that should I be doing. But after sometime I noticed and planned the strategies that what should be done in order to survive in the hosting market.

Getting Customers – Yes, getting customers is very hard in starting. Sometimes it feels like the business has abandoned when you do not get new customers. Same thing happened with me, and I thought that my startup would abandon, but my always perspective is to never give up.

Newbie – I was quite new to this industry, and had no experience of how to run the several application required for hosting. It took me few months to get in hand of it.

Who is your target audience?
My startup is not targeting any specific country, I think that it will run internationally, and will always provide the services to every country. Our clients are from different countries.

What is the USP of your startup?
Our product pricing starts from 50 cents/month, it is one of the most affordable web hosting package which has great specifications. It is common that people say if price is so cheap, then quality would be worst, but here it is WRONG. You can check out our service, we will offer you what others will offer you at x10 price. The uptime of the server is 99% which is good for personal and companies. We think that everyone should have their own personal website, and that should be cheap too. Along with that, we also allow people to start their own business by taking an advantage of our reseller hosting that just starts from $2/month. You can sell unlimited web hosting accounts to your clients. So now, you can even start your own startup just for $2/month. We also use latest technology such as SSD, Lite Speed Web Servers.

Can you describe a typical workday of you?
Attend college, give some time to studies, I have a billing system that sends me an email whenever I receive any new order or any new support ticket. I try my best to answer all tickets in an hour in my working time. I work remotely and that gives me an advantage to provide support at anytime.

Where do you see yourself and your startup Limitless Hosting in five years?
Giving prediction for a hosting company is a bit harder. But the progress that I have made in a single year, such as having more than hundred clients makes me think that it will succeed even more and will get in higher market and would be able to compete with the giants in this industry.

What 3 tips would you give other Start-up founders on the way?
1. Never give up, no matter if you face any difficulties. Everyone faces difficulties in startup, who doesn’t. There are stories of people that faced so many difficulties but are now CEO of biggest firm.

2. Start from young age, no matter if you get too much criticized too. Because this is gonna gain you very good experience and will help you a lot in future.

3. Make sure that the startup that is started is you have an interest in. If you have no interest then it is pretty useless to work on it.
