Ravi Gajula (my self) – AGM Industries Inc President & CEO, is an ex IBMer with over twenty-three years of experience in management, business and IT consulting.

He is highly specialized in providing end to end business, information technology and SAP (ERP) solutions for services, retail, chemicals, manufacturing, semiconductors, automotive, life sciences, pharmaceuticals, financial services and investment industries.

I am currently promoting Digital Transformation, and we are in the process of partnering with private and government agencies for digital transformation (DT) to improve quality of life.

How did you get the idea to AGM IndustriesInc ?
The idea came as buy and sell from anywhere to anywhere worldwide (across the borders) for a better quality of life (which is our mission).

How difficult was the start and what challenges you had to overcome?
It is very difficult, and virtually there was lack of support for a startup in almost every area (due to very limited resources like marketing, funding, experience, building connections, and bidding projects).

Who is your target audience?
Anyone who dreams to have a decent quality of life, anywhere in the world.

What is the USP of your startup?
Buy and sell from anywhere to anywhere worldwide for the better quality of life.

Can you describe a typical workday of you?
We are operating AGM Industries in both USA and India, I typically work around the clock with short and long nap time.

Where do you see yourself and your startup AGM Industries Inc in five years?
I want to run and part of AGM Industries for rest of my life. Our target is to be “The Global Leader in International Trade” and take AGM Industries public (IPO) in 3 to 5 years, also start operations in Japan, Taiwan, Hong Kong, Vietnam, and Ukraine.

What 3 tips would you give other Start-up founders on the way? 
I. Dare to dream and follow your dreams no matter what.
II. Build a team with whom you could share the dream and wanted to be part of it.
III. Work smart and hard to achieve the dream.
