ABIS digital transformation of companies

Please introduce yourself and your startup ABIS Cloud to our readers!

Hello, I’m David one of the founders of ABIS. Our mission is the digital transformation of companies. My team believes in a future with new possibilities and chances to handle the growing complexity in a more interconnected and digital world. That’s why we created the ABIS Cloud.

How did you get the idea to ABIS Cloud?

During my studies I learned how crucial data analysis for the success and competitiveness of a companies is. Data specialists are increasingly in demand and companies are struggling with even more tons of data to process every day.

How difficult was the start and what challenges you had to overcome?

My biggest challenge was to build a cloud analytics platform from bottom up. Fortunately, I had met my co-founder and CTO Daniel during a conference. After a few years we successfully managed to release the first version of the software.

Who is your target audience?

Now we are working on projects with local businesses and universities who really want to make a change and start using data for digitizing their business.

What is the USP of your startup?

ABIS makes it for employees much easier to deploy analytics apps in the cloud. You can just choose metrics and dimensions from an external source and generate your report on the fly. Add more functions and build a fully scalable app for more productive teams and workflows.

Can you describe a typical workday of you?

As a start-up founder, it’s a great experience to get up for your own project and start over every day because you know what you’re working for.

Where do you see yourself and your startup ABIS Cloud in five years?

Imagine you could ask ABIS about the latest election results, quickly find out why a process in your company is inefficient or simply research and discuss climate change. Wouldn’t that be great!

What 3 tips would you give other Start-up founders on the way?

The more mistakes you make, the more experience you got. What really counts is your perspective and how you deal with failure. Think positive and stick with your vision, believe in yourself and others will follow.
